Oh Kinja woes! ... Lets try to do something about it

It has been almost 2 months (maybe) since the new update hit Gawker sites, and just a few weeks when switching to tiger=off stopped. So how does everyone feel about it? Suck doesn't? Well that is if you haven't gotten used to it.

And if you haven't, you are probably on your phone trying to get mobile to work to respond. Maybe its how plain and barren the new layout makes the site look. Or you're happy with the new 665x(?) image size, and features. But for the most part is the commenting system.

Nick has an overall philosophy for their main sites to be 'presentable', and 'better comment' from its readers. Not sure how he will achieve that when every update alienates, and makes most readers leave (scroll down to one particular comment). But let us try something rather than grumbling about it. What do I propose? E-mail.

Yes, I know, and will wait till your laughter has subsided, and your brow has gone back down....

....

...

Okay!

Might not be effective, and don't have another way to go about it, but maybe just maybe....Would it be better than not doing anything or just moving on? I think so, and I did.

I_Kluge concern,

Thank you for the honest feedback. We take all feedback seriously when making any future changes to the site. That being said, I encourage that you submit any more feedback if you have it (go ahead and do so and I'll get it where it needs to go). As for your general complaint, I went ahead and submitted it to the tech team on your behalf as well as added it to my daily report.

If anything else comes up, please feel free to let me know.

Cheers!

Not sure if he did, but I'll take his word for it. Now, I don't have any more feedback to give, and so here I am, asking us to try something.

Lets try to do something about it.

Also, as you can tell, I used my forum name. Gave honest constructive feedback on how I felt on the impact the update has had on the community. Try to be constructive, and if anyone could cross share this post that would help.
