I know that Kotaku updates itself more often than you update your Facebook status, so this is why I feel it's incredibly important to do the thing that I'm about to tell you to do right now.
The best thing that you can do is click this thing here:
You probably already have clicked it, vomited into your shoes, tore up the T-Shirt and immediately switched back to Kotaku "classic".
Don't do that.
Preview the update and stick with it. The new comments update will suck. The whole website will feel different. You'll be constantly distracted and disgusted by the new ticker telling you what's "popular on other blogs". You'll hate these changes and you'll probably hate me for telling you to endure them. But hear me out here.
When haven't we complained about a new Kotaku Comments update? Did we not complain about Kinja as we know it now? Do many of you not find yourself actually quite liking it now and find yourself upset that it's going and there's nothing you can do to stop it?
Change happens all the time and sometimes it's best to ride it out. The best thing that you can do here is not only ride this update out, but do it in your own terms. Don't let the website force you into the new update, but instead be the instigator! Learn what's new with the new Kinja and become a Kinja Master! You might hate every second... Or you might just see that you're actually quite keen about it.
It'll probably hurt a lot less in the long run.
