So, hey everyone! Welcome to yet another edition of TAY's Weekend Open Forum. As always, your host shall be me, TheUnfathomableTruth.
Alrighty, so how's everyone this weekend? Doing anything fun? Bored? Yea, I know that feel. Last night, I went ahead and watched Pacific Rim. Honestly, it was just an excuse to eat some nachos . . . not that I need one, or whatever. Anyways, it was nice. I had fun. Twas good. I just wish I could talk about it more, but I'm sure most of you still haven't seen it, huh? Oh well . . . But anyways let's move on to another topic. How about we talk about games that look beautiful? Interesting enough? Alright, so graphics aren't everything there is to a game, of course, but they really make a difference sometimes. You see the image above? Yea? Well, that F-16 is from Ace Combat Assault Horizon. That game was fun, a bit disappointing, but it still looked amazing. I mean, the cinematic camera work, the lighting, the fire, the metal . . . Beautiful. You know what other game really impressed me, visually? The Game Cube Remake of the original Resident Evil. That game, to this day, is still one of the most beautiful games I've played. I mean, just look at it.
Resident Evil 5 also looked amazing . . . And I actually wish Resident Evil 6 looked that way too. I mean, it's a bit low-defy at times. But anyways, those are my choices. What about you? Any games that left you awe-struck at how visually beautiful they were?
